Job Description for Bridge Design (Junior Profile)

Role Summary: Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Prepares plans, designs, calculations and cost estimates under the supervision of experienced engineers;
  • Works collaboratively with the CAD technician team;
  • Solves engineering problems and challenges;
  • Prepares documents such as technical specifications;
  • Liaises with other professionals and departments to gather information for projects;
  • Prepares engineering reports and other technical documents;
  • Conducts site inspections from time-to-time;
  • Actively participates in professional associations;
  • Assists with business development from time to time; and
Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering ,Civil Engineering or higher (Master's degree preferred);
  • Ability and willingness to learn;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong attention to details;
  • Good judgement and decision making skills;
  • Superior planning and organizational skills combined with the ability to work under pressure on multiple deadlines;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including the proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Power Point);
  • Familiarity with various structural analysis software programs;
  • Ability to work with staff located remotely; and
  • Ability and willingness to travel.

Job Description for Highway Design Engineer (Junior Profile)

Job Description: Data Controller - PMAY

  • • Overall coordination of all the ULB(Urban Local Bodies) level activities related to project goal fulfillment.
  • • Supervising the working and progress of all the survey executives and follow up for target achievements.
  • • Orient, monitor, evaluate; and provide direction to survey executives; oversee the entry, updation and maintenance of project related database (MIS).
  • • Tracking of the status of geotagging of the beneficiaries at different levels and release of installments.
  • • Coordinating with ULB authorities for seamless execution and problem resolution.
  • • Updating the PMAY coordinator regarding the detailed progress of the allotted area and executives.
  • • Generation of weekly and monthly reports and
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • • Excellent command over Excel and other MIS modules is must.
  • • Good aptitude over the general governance system.
  • • Proven ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization.
  • • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • • Prior experience in networking role will be desirable.
Qualification : BE/ 3 years Diploma / MBA/ BBA will be preferred.
